Melissa Taylor

Melissa Taylor, of Omaha, Nebraska, spends her work days as a strategy consultant and leadership coach at Econic, LLC. She joined the firm in 2021 after a 25-year career at a Fortune-500 organization. She primarily works directly with clients, helping them solve strategic, system, and leadership challenges. She has an MBA from Texas Christian University and an MA in Critical and Creative Thinking from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. She is also certified as an executive coach.

Melissa is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Omaha and served two terms on the board of the Food Bank for the Heartland. She is currently a board member of RISE, a nonprofit focused on eliminating the cycle of generational incarceration.
